Entering Your Meter Reading

ATTENTION!!!

Please take the time to read this carefully BEFORE you pay your bill !!!

If you do not enter your reading correctly, you could owe much more than you actually do. 

(The following instructions could save you a lot of expense.)

Your meter will look like the illustration above. 

You may have 3 or 4 numbers with the white background as illustrated below. 

Whichever you have, read the numbers on your meter from LEFT to RIGHT.

As indicated by the blue arrows above: READ THE NUMBERS IN WHITE ONLY!

DO NOT INCLUDE ANY NUMBERS WITH BLACK BACKGROUND!

*This system does NOT calculate your bill automatically. 

Please refer to the Water Rate Chart page to do your own calculations.  You will have to figure your water usage yourself, calculate your bill and enter the amount that you intend to pay in the "Amount To Pay" field.  

Enter your current reading in the "Meter Reading" field.
